Estate Administration. We represent executors before the Clerks of Court of this State to ensure they discharge their duties efficiently and carry out their loved one's intent. We are pleased to assist executors in filing estate tax returns.
Estate Litigation. We represent executors, trustees and beneficiaries to protect their interests and enforce their rights in all forums in the State. We have experience in caveat proceedings and all levels of trial courts in North Carolina.
